Terms of Use – OnlyFence app

These terms apply to the OnlyFence mobile app (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
1. About the app
The app is a free, independent client for the OnlyFence fencing tournament system, published by Cech Terra de Selinan, občianske združenie. It is not operated by OnlyFence. The OnlyFence name and logo belong to their owner.
2. The OnlyFence service
Events, results, registrations and organizer accounts are provided by the OnlyFence system. Their use is governed by the OnlyFence terms (https://onlyfence.eu/terms) and by the conditions of each event’s organizer, which you accept when registering.
3. Using the app
The app is free of charge and has no in-app purchases. Use it only for its intended purpose: do not submit false registrations, do not try to access other people’s accounts, and do not overload or misuse the OnlyFence system.
4. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. Information shown in the app comes from OnlyFence and event organizers and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. We do not guarantee that the app or the OnlyFence system will always be available.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the app, from unavailability of the OnlyFence system or from incorrect data. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. App store terms
The terms of the app store you downloaded the app from also apply, such as Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
7. Changes and contact
