Who we are
The CTDS app is operated by Cech Terra de Selinan, občianske združenie, Antona Bernoláka 2180/58, 010 01 Žilina, IČO 37801457 („the club“). The club is the data controller under the GDPR.
The app is an internal tool for recording training attendance. It is not intended for the general public. Accounts are created by the club for its members only.
What data we process and why
- Login details of members with an account.
- Member details: name, surname, email, payment variable symbol and NFC tag identifier.
- Attendance records: who attended which training and when.
- Crash reports and anonymous usage statistics.
We use this data to run club membership and record training attendance, based on your membership in the club (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and the club’s legitimate interest in a working app (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Storage and sharing
Member and attendance data is stored only on the club’s server, not on your device. Crash reports and usage statistics are processed by Google Firebase, possibly outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and protects it to the same standard as this policy. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
We keep the data for the duration of your membership and afterwards only as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Accounts are deleted by the club on request. Contact us at terradeselinan@gmail.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, dataprotection.gov.sk.
